North Korea to launch missile towards Hawaii
North Korea is set to test launch a missile in the direction of Hawaii, according to various news and agency reports. The North Koreans have a history of thumbing their noses at the United States on Independence Day, testing missiles, bombs, and even nuclear devices on July Fourths of the past. The suspected missile to be tested, according to Japanese intelligence officials, is the Taepodong-2, which has a range of 4,000 miles.
Defense Secretary Bob Gates has ordered missile interceptors sent to Hawaii to protect the state.
North Korea will join forces with China during the Tribulation (Revelation 16:12) to form the largest Army ever assembled (Revelation 9:16), and proceed to march down the dried up Euphrates River (Revelation 9:14; 16:12; Isaiah 11:15) into the Middle East. This will be the second half of a Russian led assault of Arab nations on Israel (Psalm 83:4-5; Ezekiel 38:8, 16).
